Occasional tips (getting-started emails) go to your account email. Every one of those has an unsubscribe link, use it there to turn them off; sign-in links and receipts are unaffected.

Pending reviews stay off the hub and app pages until you approve them.

Who = account email when signed in, otherwise Anonymous. Returning = how many different days this browser has visited. Each pill is something they did; open Details for downloads, referrer and landing page.

Export downloads every session in the selected range (up to the buffer per day) as a file you can keep as a backup or archive. Emails and IPs are stored encrypted; they are only decrypted for this signed-in team view.

Copies of downloaded documents from free visitors and free accounts (they can switch it off when signed in; paid accounts are off unless they opt in). Stored encrypted; opened only here.

Counts from our own API, per kit: page visits, then clicks through to pay, Checkout Sessions created, people who came back from Stripe without paying, and paid orders. A visit counts every page view, not unique people.

Stripe sessions (read from Stripe): how many were paid, expired or are still open, and how many of the unpaid ones had an email typed in (a count only, the address is never shown).
