Terms of service

The service
LeafKit is a set of web tools (InvoiceLeaf, PitchLeaf, RentLeaf, TagLeaf, PlannerLeaf) and printable kits sold on leafkithq.com. The free plan works without an account. Pro and Plus are paid subscriptions that add features described on the pricing pages. We may change or retire features; paid features will not be removed mid-term without a refund of the unused period.
Accounts and the recovery key
Sign-in is by email link. Your synced documents are encrypted on your device with a recovery key that only you hold. If you lose the key and no signed-in device remains, your synced documents cannot be recovered by anyone, including us. Keep the key somewhere safe. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your email account secure.
Payments and refunds
Subscriptions are billed by Stripe monthly or yearly, renew automatically, and can be cancelled at any time from Manage billing; access continues to the end of the period you paid for. All sales are final. Digital products, including subscriptions and printable kits, are not refundable once delivered, except where the law requires otherwise. If a payment fails, we keep your plan active for 14 days while you update the card, then pause it; your documents are not deleted by a pause.
Printable kits
A kit is licensed for your personal or single-business use. You may print it as often as you like for yourself. You may not resell, share, or redistribute the files or any part of them, or use them to make a competing product.
Your content
What you type into the tools is yours. We claim no rights to your documents. You agree not to use the tools for anything unlawful, to send spam, or to interfere with the service.
No warranty and limits
LeafKit is provided as is. We work hard to keep it running and correct, but we do not promise it will be error free or always available, and we are not responsible for decisions you make based on documents you create with it. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes are announced on the changelog · Privacy · Terms and by email to account holders. Continued use after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which IQ Innovation operates. Contact: hello@leafkithq.com.
